ABN 26 906 440 448 to a consumer are guaranteed to be of acceptable
quality, subject to the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
For further information about the Australian Consumer Law and consumer
guarantees visit www.consumerlaw.gov.au.
Any term or condition contained in any warranty given by Jackel
Pty Limited in respect of any Tommee Tippee branded product is not
intended to reduce or limit any right of a consumer in respect of
that product, pursuant to the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth), the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or the corresponding legislation
of each State and Territory of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Any one year warranty referred to in any information brochure accompanying
a Tommee Tippee branded product is in addition to any statutory
rights of a consumer in respect of the product, pursuant to the
Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth), the Competition and Consumer Act
2010 (Cth), or the corresponding legislation of each State and Territory
of the Commonwealth of Australia.
